Stress

I just feeling a lot of stress right now. I wish this stress could fade away immediately. I hate having stress and problems. All I want to do right now is run run run.

Make up

The title does not literally means make up. I have to make up my mind. Any wrong decision can affect me for the rest of my life. I'm so confuse right now hay. I need to think this over so bad. I need someone to talk to right at this moment. I need you.

Biscuits

It's so good to eat biscuits after a heavy meal. Partner biscuits with coffee. That would so lovely :). It's like a european snack. Coffee and biscuits go together perfectly with each other. I will finish this biscuits first and have some coffee later. I am craving for coffee even though the sun is effin hot. I don't know why maybe I'm really just a coffee lover after all.

Lunch

Went home after church. I went to lola's place. We had lunch together. Yes, I ate lunch again. Haha! This is so me that's why I'm getting bigger. Oh no I just need to have some diet. I don't want to get so fat. Later I will spend the day with someone after visiting lola. I hope I can cope up with the suns' heat because it really hot.

Choir Sunday

God's morning :). It's a sunday again! I love spending sundays with the Lord. And it's choir sunday! Went to church this morning and sang a lot of songs. Our choir sang songs. Our old dancers danced again. We enjoyed the worship service. Afterwards we had a little lunch with the choir and our old dancers. It was a great reunion and great lunch indeed. I can't wait for next year's choir sunday! Happy sunday everyone!

Calmness

I need to be calm this finals. I mean finals week started already. I'm done with my speech! Good thing I was so familiar with my speech. And now we're done with our music video. It's a parody of starstruck by katy perry. I could not imagine that I could do something like that. Haha! Well it's for our grade and that's our final exam so why not do it. I can't wait for the outcome of video :)

Recital

Just this afternoon I had my first cello recital! After two months of lessons and now here is my reward. When I was practicing, it sounded good but when I went on stage at the abelardo hall auditorium at UP, I wasn't able to hit some of my notes. But still God was there beside me. I enjoyed the recital and I will surely enroll again this summer! Now, I'm starting to love cello more. :)

Hair reborn

We went to metrozen for some hair treatment. And there our hair got fixed temporarily but still it's dry. Haha! We just want to relax.

Food food food

I love eating. Obviously you can see it in my body. Haha! Just had CPK. Saw this box of ready to cook or bake cpk pizzas. Yummy! Good night everyone!

Music video

Our finals for ICT is a music video. It's kinda tough and it will really consume a lot of time. We're having problems in our group but hopefully we'll get through it and we can have our video on time. It will be a competition between other sections. We must really give our best shot in this video thingy. I'm excited with this stuff because it really is a challenge. I'm positie that we will have a good output! Oh well let's do this!

Marley

My dog is sick. Marley got hit by a car :(. I can feel pain for her. We took her to the vet hospital UP then they did some tests on her. They found out that she's having a kidney failure. Right now they are trying to correct it by using dextrose, meds and right diet for her. It has been a week and her kidney is not responding well to the treatment. If it still won't improve on Monday, the doctor will stop the dextrose. They will give her maintenance supplement for her kidney and right diet but she won't stay for long. Her life span will be shorter like months only. Right now I'm still hoping for a miracle that her kidney would respond well to the treatment so that her life span would still last longer.

I remember my little sister said that she does not want the name Marley for our puppy because it will only die like the one she saw in the movie Marley and me. We are still praying that she would be fine already.

ICT midterm

Sir Ryan told us to make a movie poster for our midterm. It turned out to be a contest in our section. We all did our best. Everybody wants to win but only one was declared a winner. And it was the avatar poster. My group is the second placer. I am not disappointed at all. We gave our best shot to it we gave a lot of effort and time to do it and to make it perfect. I chose a horror film. I was right because it caught the attention of many. I am so proud of my groupmates with all the hardships we gave. It was worth it.

Best buds

It has been a year since my cousin SJ went home here in the Philippines. Good thing they decided to come back again last january 10, 2012. Sad thing was Sister hannah didn't come. She missed a lot of fun. Also my 2 brother who are in saudi are not hear. So hannah and milligrace are left in sydney. Going back, the time I spent with my cousin wasn't really enough because I have classes. But I tried my best to have a perfect time with him. We went out with my two cousins who are staying here also. Time we had was really short. We're looking forward for 2013 when SJ comes back. And hopefully hannah would be with her. We are planning for a boracay trip next year. Crossed fingers that it would really happen! I miss SJ already.

Move Manila: A Rappler experience.

Move.Ph held an event entitled Social Media for Social Change last January 12, 2012, Thursday at Far Eastern University. A lot of students and educators were part of the said program. Almost a thousand of people joined and participated the event. They featured big names from the journalism industry as speakers during the seminar.

Veronica Pedroza of Al Jazeera (former CNN Asia broadcaster) gave her keynote speech. She discussed about her experiences first in ABS-CBN at CNN Asia, BCC and her astounding experience as an Aljazeera broadcaster. She also discussed about the "voice of the voiceless" or what we called the muted group, the tectonic drift in trust: Age of Deference VS Age of Reference, Wikileaks and the impact of social media in the practice of journalism.

Rappler Media Reporter Pat Evangelista had her Chat Session entitled Telling stories. He let us watch documentaries about Andi Eigenman, Maguindanao Massacre victims, and Bagyong Sendong victims as well.
Chat Session 2: The Fun and Challenge of Being a Multimedia Reporter was Natashya Gutierrez's turn. She discussed everything about multimedia journalism, the challenges and the fun part. And the thing that made her reporting life easier and faster: Her iPhone.

Chay Hofilena was the one who discussed the Risks and Potentials of Social media which made me enlightened about its pros and cons and how to be a responsible user of the internet. Maria Ressa the CEO and Executive Editor of Rappler.com discussed the main theme Social Media for Social change, Social Network Theory and degrees of influence rule.

Cheche Lazaro wowed the crowd when she lead the panel discussion with Veronica Pedrosa, Maria Ressa, a professor from UP Diliman and our very own Mr.Joven Csstro. During the panel discussion, Mr. Ryan Yturriaga, my ICT professor had the chance to ask the panel on their stand about journalists' security. Veronica Pedrosa answered his question and she stated that everyone of us should make a stand about this social problem involving Filipino journalists.

It was such a wonderful event and I hope there will be more event as such. It was my first time that I stayed awake the whole time in a seminar and I am so honored to finally see big names in the journalism industry.

Marley, rocky and jack

I love my girl marley and my two boys rocky and jack. I only get to hug them every weekend. I see to it that I do give enough playing time with them. When all stressed out, they are the ones that relieves me. That's why I love them. I just love having lots of pets. I can truly say that my dogs consider me as their best friend.

"I hate Android"

Last night, i went online and checked my twitter account. The usual stuff I do at twitter. Check old tweets and tweet. I noticed the trending topics. The "I hate android" topic caught me. Out of curiosity, I checked what the fuss is about it. There's this link that directed me to an article which I can say is a review. I read the whole thing. I didn't like it. What the hell is there problem. I had an android phone before. The operating system ia good! Right now I'm using a blackberry and iphone. And now I know the difference with all those three phones with different operating system. Each of them has there own pros and cons. They must know it. I salute all of the makers behind android, IPhone and smart blackberry phones. Before saying negtive stuff about something, try it. I suggest, you must have each one of those phone and then you can start to compare the advantage and disadvantages they have.

Big fat pussy

I have this cat for more than 9 years. We got it from the streets. He was just a kitten when we got him. Funny how we named him "cindy". We thoughy the cat is a she. Honestly we don't know how to distinguish a male and a female cat. So there, we gave him a girl name. And later on we found out that the cat is a he. We spoiled our cat so much. He gets what he wants and he fights all other cats that we are taking home. Even our dogs, they do respect our cat. Cindy wasn't really that fat until that day came. My dad accidentally hit him when he was parking our car in the driveway. Cindy got hit. He was limping so bad. We took him to the vet. They must operate him to know if his internal parts are hurt. And if yes we could only hoped for a miracle that he will still stay with us. By God's grace, he was saved and there was no damage internal organ. He got this thing like ligation. In which he cannot release sperm cell anymore. We took him home and after several years, there he is right now. He got bigger and he's like garfield. We just love cindy so much!

In love with...

I always look forward every saturday. I missed this place so much. The cold breeze, the stunning pine trees and our not oh so big home. It's so relaxing in this place. But I'm not gonna talk about it today. Haha! I'm just so silly. I want to share how in love I am with my bed. I stay 6 days in manila and onvernight in our house. I am anticipating every moment with my bed everytime I go home on weekends. I'm just in love with it. It gives me enough comfort when I'm tired. My bed has a lot of memories I can't forget especially my so cold "SPECIAL MEMORIES" I love you my bed. Tonight I will sleep on you. Hug me tight! It's so nice to be home for a while.
